Developed in India over 10 thousand years ago, this ancient science has evolved into a sophisticated system comprised of accurate calculations and observations from humans throughout history. It can be used to understand events, people, or relationships on a deeper level.
In a reading with me, we’ll take a look at the placement of the planets and stars the moment you were born and try to see what drives you, challenges you, and begin to identify the patterns and karmas that are present in your life.

Gentle and Restorative Aerial Yoga

The perfect class for all ages, levels of experience, or stages of flexibility, Restorative Aerial Yoga is an excellent way to quiet the mind and calm the body. Students will begin with gentle movement followed by longer held poses, closing with a guided meditation. The use of the slings for this practice encourages students to surrender to a deeper sense of relaxation and stillness.
Classical Yoga Nidra

Come tap into your true nature and explore new states of conscious awareness with acute perception of both your physical and subtle body. In yoga nidra, we will lay still for the entire practice while we fully surrender to relaxation, allowing the body to sleep while the mind remains awake and aware. The end result is the healing of the body and mind and the expansion of consciousness. Please dress comfortably and even consider bringing a favorite pillow or blanket.
